You are the best company in UK when it comes to customer service. You answer the phone in 7 to 8 seconds at the most. You deal with any query correctly and honestly. For almost 4 years dealing with you guys, not once did you make an error. Your agents are so polite, and helpful, there is no problem if I ask you to check something further, you respond straight away. When dealing with holidays, you organise all in the best manner. You are pleasure to speak with, so polite, so nice, so understandable. I honestly dread to call any other customer service except you. I wish all the UK companies have this level of customer service.

I get a text each week before I’m paid. There is always a personal response to my emails, within 24 hours. The portal to access my payslips is easy to navigate, unlike other payroll companies.
