As a customer with people group services, I have always had lovely service and quick feedback with the people who work there. For example, a lovely employer called Jo who helped me out with queries I didn't understand with holday pay. However Jo layed out everything in simple forms and bullets for someone like me who has not got the biggest IQ lol! Thank you so much for always helping me out! Hope this lovely service continues!

The most professional and caring payroll team you’ll come across. Kim and Karen are the two people who I’ve dealt with frequently and am truly astonished as to their professionalism. They really go the extra mile and rectify issues which arise by third parties. It’s a pleasure to deal with the team and a shame that not more companies are like them. You are the best company in UK when it comes to customer service.You answer the phone in 7 to 8 seconds the most.You deal with any query correctly and honestly.For almost 4 years dealing with you guys ,not once did you made an error.Your agents are so polite, and helpful, there is no problem if I ask you to check something further, you respond strait away.When dealing with a holidays ,you organise all in the best manner.You are pleasure to speak with,so polite, so nice ,so understandable.I honestly dread to call any other customer service except you.I wish all the UK companies have this level of customer service.Wish you many good prosperous years !Marija B

Nice people on the end of the phone but I was horrified by the margins - I feel I've been mis-sold - why is it necessary to take more then the taxman? that's a double whammy in this current climate. Not happy at all from now on I am only looking at FCSA registered umbrella's

Highly efficient salary payment system. The online system is superb, you can see all your past payslips, ni and tax payments plus accrued holiday pay with ease. Great system!

People Group Services have been excellent at providing a professional, efficient and incentive based payroll service. I have tried other Umbrella companies and this one by far is the best. Questions are always answered in a timely fashion, the points reward system is a great feature you can use for many resources and most importantly pay is always on time and clear cut. I would happily recommend People Group Services to anyone.

Did not inform about the extortionate fees they charge for their services. When questioned they were very unsympathetic and sarcastic. Not the way to behave. Stay away!

Umbrella companies are by their nature extremely dodgy and parasitic on workers. This one raised their fee from me by 300% (for paying me!) and didn’t clearly inform me. Don’t trust them. I wanted to give zero stars. I am leaving them to go PAYE. Can’t wait!

I cannot believe there are 5 star reviews for this place. They can't be real. If you want to be ignored, endless stress, frustration, and to have your finances in an unknown state constantly, then these are the people. Honestly they have failed me more times than I can count. Which also doesn't seem to be their strong point. Avoid.

An excellent payroll company.I get a text each week before I’m paid.There is always a personal response to my emails, within 24 hours.The portal to access my payslips and p60 is easy to navigate, unlike some other payroll companies I could mention.The agreement to withhold a portion of my pay each week means I get holiday pay which is great for budgeting.Everything is done to make my life easier.The agency I’m working for gave me the option to invoice them direct or to use People Group Services. I’m so glad I chose the latter!

I came across a lot of teachers that didn’t receive a furlough payment or received it after being told they were not going to get anything. I was not one of those people (no stress), which is all thanks to People Group. They made the procedure as simple as it could be. Also, they ensured I received the highest amount for my furlough payment. Whenever I have had questions regarding my account, they have answered them swiftly and honestly. They hold themselves accountable for every penny. Keep up the good work! You absolute legends!
