Educated Recruitment and Somerset Education Alliance have been working with People Group services since 2014 when they were still RACS. We have always had an excellent working relationship with the company and have recently moved into an exclusive contract with them.
During the transition period, the team at People Group were extremely thorough and helpful with candidates when we moved over to them. We worked closely with Karen, Ben, and Mark to liaise with candidates, and the process was almost entirely without issue. Every query we had was answered quickly in a user-friendly manner. When signing up new teachers, People Group are quick, efficient, and very clear on their processes. We have never had to chase them on a candidate and always receive regular updates on candidate progress at each stage of the registration process automatically. The registration form online is very simple and easy to use.
Their online portal also allows you to keep an eye on all of the applicants you have outstanding, check up on KID documents, and run reports. If you do struggle at any point, the team are always on hand to assist.
People Group always process our candidates’ payrolls on Mondays quickly.
