When you use our platform to refer your candidate they will receive an online application (SMS and email) immediately to take all the personal details for accuracy, as much as speed. You will be able to monitor and check on the progress of your leads at any time 24/7.

We further developed our Referral System to automate instant Key Information Documents (KID’s) following discussions with BEIS and EASI, whilst incorporating accurate figures based on a worker’s true situation, on or before the agency supplies work finding services. This allows recruiters to fully comply with the Conduct Regulations 2003 and the Employment Agencies Act 1973.

Agencies simply need to send us a new lead with the relevant details and all parties will instantly receive a relevant KID with accurate calculations. Agencies can also access KIDs for all live candidates with us.
