Today we’ve been celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in style!

For us, this historic milestone was the perfect opportunity to bring everyone in the office together to celebrate before the special extended bank holiday weekend.

So, in a break from our normal routine, the team have got involved with fancy dress, games and quizzes. We also enjoyed a celebratory cream tea together, complete with traditional scones, jam and clotted cream!

Sarah Hillier, our HR Director, arranged the special celebration as a tribute to Queen Elizabeth to mark the 70 years since her majesty’s coronation to the throne. She says, “It’s nice to have the opportunity to get together and celebrate, after two such difficult years. Our team have worked hard to make the business a success and it’s good to have some social time together.”

The Queen will be the first monarch in the United Kingdom to ever receive a Platinum Jubilee, making it an historic event that should be and will be celebrated not only in the UK but across the globe.
