The story behind People Group
People Group are a family owned business with a long history of providing compliant payroll services to recruitment agencies and their contractors. Started by current CEO Terry Hillier back in 2007 under the name Recruitment and Contractor Services. Terry grew the business to be a shining light of compliant payroll within the industry, picking up a number of business awards along the way.
Fast-forward 10 years of payroll expertise and the business rebranded during 2017 in order to branch out with a fresh new look. That’s where People Group was formed. Enhanced payroll options were now offered alongside compliance and technology services and a recipe for ‘power beyond payroll’ was born.
